What is Mantra?
In some cultures there is a belief that mantras — words or phrases repeated over and over in meditative form — have mystic powers, and that their perpetual repetition leads to deep relaxation and a healthier state of mind.
You don't need to be well-versed in the art of mantra meditation to understand the concept of Mantra hair care. We simply borrowed the idea of repetition. Like the calming effect of a mantra on the mind, repeating an individualized daily ritual of Mantra hair care helps you reach a higher, healthier state of hair.

Every Mantra formula is pH-balanced — and the range is printed right on the bottle, typically 4.5 to 5.5, where your hair's cuticle stays smooth and salon color stays put. Our formulas draw on named botanicals like bamboo, lotus, rosemary and chamomile, alongside proteins such as silk, wheat and keratin for inner strength.

Mantra was developed for the salon back bar, where a stylist reaches for it forty times a week, and it is distributed by North Coast Salon Systems of Broadview Heights, Ohio. The directions on our bottles were written for professionals — we left them unedited.
