We want you to love your Mantra products. Because hair and body care are personal-care items, the following applies:

Returns

Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.

Reach out through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return, and we'll provide instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the return. Original shipping is non-refundable except where an item was damaged or defective.
