What's inside
Named on the label, not invented for the ad.
Every Mantra formula is built the same way: a short list of botanicals we're proud to name, balanced to the pH range your hair actually wants. No mystery blends, no vague "proprietary complexes" — if a plant is on the front of the bottle, it's in the formula.
The number that runs the show: pH 4.5–5.5
Your hair's cuticle lies flat — and salon color stays put — when what you wash with sits in this range. That's why the pH is printed on every Mantra bottle. "pH-balanced" is a phrase anyone can print; a number is a promise you can check.
The botanicals you'll meet
- Aloe — lightweight moisture that doesn't sit heavy on the strand. The heart of Tranquility.
- Sunflower seed oil — softness and shine for thirsty hair, without the grease.
- Rosemary & chamomile — the balancing pair behind Transcend's smooth, settled finish.
- Bamboo — structure and strength through the lengths.
- Lotus — the calm one: smoothing and softening where hair gets unruly.
- Essential fatty acids (EFAs) — the cuticle-sealing lipids in our EFA Color Lock Oil that help lock color vibrancy in.
