These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mantrahaircare.com, operated by Mantra Haircare LLC. By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Using our store

Our products are available to consumers and licensed beauty professionals. You agree to provide accurate account and order information and to use the site lawfully.

Orders and pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may correct pricing errors and cancel or refuse any order. Prices and availability are subject to change.

Payment

Payment is processed securely at checkout. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for your order total, including taxes and shipping.

Our on-site game and discount codes

We sometimes run a game on the site where you play for a discount code.

No purchase is necessary to play, and playing does not improve or affect anything you buy.
The outcome is determined by chance. Every valid play wins a discount code.
You must give a valid email address so we can send you your code. Playing adds you to our marketing email list; you may unsubscribe immediately and your code will still work.
One play per person per 30 days. We may limit or block plays that appear automated, duplicated, or made using disposable or false email addresses.
Codes expire on the date shown with the code, apply to one order, cannot be combined with other offers or codes, are not valid on gift cards, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for cash or store credit.
We may change, suspend or end the game at any time. Codes already issued and unexpired will be honoured.
Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 or older. Void where prohibited.

Text message program

Mantra Haircare Alerts is an optional recurring automated marketing text message program.

By opting in you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Mantra Haircare at the mobile number you provided. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency: up to 6 messages per month. Frequency varies.
Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to cancel at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us through our Contact page. After you reply STOP we will send one confirmation message and then stop.
You must be 18 or older and either the account holder for the mobile number or authorized by the account holder.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Giving us your phone number at checkout is not consent to marketing texts. Order and delivery messages are separate from this program.
Tell us if your mobile number changes or is reassigned so we do not message someone else.

Rewards program

Our rewards program lets you earn points on what you spend and redeem them for savings.

Earning. You earn 1 point for every $1 spent on the merchandise total of a completed order, before tax and shipping and after any discount is applied. Points post once the order has shipped. Gift card purchases, taxes and shipping charges do not earn points.
Redeeming. 100 points = $5 off. Points are redeemed at checkout against a future order, have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be sold, transferred or combined between accounts.
Expiry. Points expire after 12 months of account inactivity — meaning no order placed and no points redeemed in that period. We will email you before points expire.
Returns, refunds and cancellations. If an order is refunded, returned or cancelled, the points earned on it are removed from your balance. If those points have already been spent, your balance may go negative and must be brought back to zero by future earning before you can redeem again. If you redeemed points on an order that is later refunded, we will normally return those points to your balance rather than refund them as money.
Forfeiture. Points are forfeited if your rewards account is closed, at your request or by us, and if we reasonably determine the account has been used fraudulently or abusively — including creating multiple accounts, or earning points on orders placed for resale.
Changes and ending the program. We may change the earn rate, the redemption rate, the expiry rules or any other term, and we may suspend or end the program entirely, at any time. If we end the program we will give at least 30 days notice by email to active members and you will have that time to redeem your balance. After that, unredeemed points are forfeited and have no value.
Points are a promotional benefit, not property, and not a gift card or stored value. Void where prohibited.

Reviews

We welcome honest reviews, good and bad.

By submitting a review you give us permission to publish it, along with your rating, any photos and the display name you choose, on our site and in our marketing. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.
We may decline to publish or may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, off-topic, contains someone else's personal information, or is not a genuine review of a product you bought.
Some reviews are incentivised. We may offer rewards points or a discount code for leaving a review. When we do, the review is labelled as incentivised where it appears.
An incentive is never conditional on the review being positive. You receive it for an honest review, whatever rating you give. We do not offer a larger incentive for a higher rating, we do not withhold an incentive for a low rating, and we will never ask you to change, soften or remove a review in order to receive or keep one.
We do not write, commission or buy fake reviews, and we do not hide genuine negative ones.

"Mantra," the Mantra logo, and site content are the property of Mantra Haircare LLC and may not be used without permission.

Product use

Our products are for external use as directed. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Results may vary.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mantra Haircare LLC is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.
